Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of goods shall be made by the Buyer on the 60 (sixtieth) calendar day after the end of the reporting period in which the delivery was made. The reporting period is meant as a calendar month.
Delivery terms:Prices are provided excluding VAT.

Transport costs are included in the cost of products on the basis of delivery of DDP - Kogalym, Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of highway Surgut-Novy Urengoy or BPO LUKOIL-AIK LLC, Langepas (indicated in each position).
Delivery of products is carried out entirely or in separate batches, issued by the relevant accounting documents within the deadlines established by the legislation.

Delivery is carried out: by road to the buyer's warehouse (the scheme is attached);

Products must be new, appropriately packed and protected from damage

Compulsory Loadable Electronic Documents:
1. Scanned copy of the offer, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of documents (reference list; information letter about the company; dealer and other certificates);
3. Permissive documentation;
All documentation must be certified by the authorized representative and sealed by the enterprise.

Prices are provided excluding VAT, including transportation costs.

1. In order to exclude any risks, the Company reserves the right to inspect potential suppliers for reliability and integrity by any available tools and methods.

2. Proposals of participants on the register of unscrupulous suppliers will not be accepted for consideration.

3. A prerequisite for filling the tabular part on the ETP! Information concerning the parameters of the purchased products and other requirements of procurement documentation should be submitted in full in the offer fields. Failure to comply with these requirements is the basis for rejection of this proposal.

4. Mandatory provision:
- Reference list;
- Information letter about the activities of your company;
- Quality certificates for the offered products.

5. The products must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP), packed and protected from damage.

6. To participate are:
- Producers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (necessarily providing confirming certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer on granting authority to sell the requested products);

7. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfillment of all declared requirements;
- Offer price;
- Participant status (producer, dealer);
- Delivery time of products;
- Consent of the participant with the drafting of the agreement of the organizer, signing of the contract without protocol of disagreements (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP);
- Fixing the price for the entire period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of delivery of the goods at the customer's warehouse (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP).

This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer an appropriate amount of civil legal obligations.
This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
