Auto-extension

The winner is the participant who has offered the maximum price (BUT NOT UNDER THE PRICE SPECIFIED IN ANNOUNCEMENT) with unconditional agreement with the tender documentation.
The seller has the right to refuse the sale at any time before signing the contract of sale.
The Seller reserves the right to verify the organization that has submitted the best offer on the documents provided by it and to refuse the transaction without giving reasons, in case of determining the high risks of this transaction for the Seller. In this case, the Seller has the right to conclude a contract with the organization that submitted the second highest bid.
