Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Цены должны быть указаны в рублях с НДС 18% и транспортными расходами по доставке продукции до склада Покупателя. Фиксированная цена изменению не подлежит в течение срока действия договора.
Вид средств оплаты – безналичная форма расчетов (перечисление на расчетный счет поставщика);
Сроки оплаты-100% отсрочка платежа на 20 дней после поставки товара на склад Покупателя.
Delivery terms:
Доставка Товара осуществляется Поставщиком до склада Покупателя. В цену товара включены все расходы по упаковке и доставке по адресу заказчика.
Срок поставки товара: согласно Документации о запросе предложений и Спецификации договора поставки.
