Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier cash in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the value of this batch of goods within 15 (fifteen) working days upon shipment after delivery shipping documents.
Delivery terms:
1. Prices indicate on the terms of self-delivery from the supplier's warehouse. In the cost of products transport costs do not pledge. In the cost of products to put the manufacture of a crust (is a prerequisite).
Logistics calculations in-house from the Supplier's warehouse specified in the KP to the Buyer's warehouse, participants can withdraw a separate line in the alternative KP, or in the form of KP attached to the current lot (not a prerequisite).
2. Specify the period of product readiness for shipment and the address of shipment.
3. Specify the product manufacturer. Specify the relation to the product. If the dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach the Declaration of Conformity/Certificate to the proposed products. When delivered complete with the cargo, there must be a passport and an RE.
5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and total according to the order (mass, volume).
6. Products should be new, not used. The products must meet the technical requirements;
7. When shipped, a packing list shall be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
8. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of commissioning of the TMC (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.
Criteria for selecting the
1. The lowest cost of the transaction, taking into account the price on the terms of self-delivery (specified in KP) and the transport component from the warehouse of the Supplier to the warehouse of the Buyer (port. Magadana).
2. Term of readiness of products for shipment.
3. Reconciliation of the proposed products by the customer/compliance of technical parameters with the requirements of the TK.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Provide a complete package of documents specified in the terms of the procedure.
