Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the corresponding batch of Goods within no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of shipment of the corresponding batch of Goods, on the basis of scanned copies of shipping documents provided by e-mail (invoice, TORG-12, equipment acceptance certificate, carrier's waybill on acceptance of cargo to transportation).
Delivery terms:
1. Specify the delivery time.
2. Specify the manufacturer of the product, the relation to the product. If the dealer, representative or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
3. Attach documents confirming the manufacturer of the Product and its quality (certificate, declaration of conformity, passport, etc.).
4. The products must be new, not used.
5. Specify the warranty period for the Product. It should be calculated from the moment the goods and materials are put into operation.
6. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, it is necessary to send a photo of each cargo space.
Comments: 1) Fill out the KP according to our form (REQUIRED), also attach the KP to the procurement documentation on an official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head.
2) In the KP, you must specify
- the cost of goods and materials with VAT, taking into account delivery to the buyer's warehouse, taking into account packaging (Packaging should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
3) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the KP
4) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo card of the packaging of the goods, a photo of the marking of the goods (marking requirements in the loaded documentation)
5) This request for proposal procedure is not a competition, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
6) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
