Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the corresponding consignment of goods within a period not later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of shipment of the corresponding consignment of goods, based on the information provided by e-mail. mails of scanned copies of shipping documents (invoice, TORG-12, equipment delivery-acceptance certificate, carrier's waybill on acceptance of cargo for transportation) or by agreement of the parties.
Delivery terms:
1. Packing list, specifying the supplied products and their quantity, must be attached to each cargo package.
2. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).
Comments: 1. The certificates and passports for goods and materials shall be attached.
2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, you must provide relevant supporting documents.
3. Prices are to be provided in the form of a commercial proposal specifying all the terms of delivery and delivery time.
4. If you submit your proposal, you also automatically agree to the form of our framework agreement.
5. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
