Comments: 1) Please note that participation in the procedure means acceptance of the form of the contract of the buyer.
2) It is necessary to attach a commercial offer with the following conditions:
- specify the manufacturer of products, - availability, period of production,
- delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (approximate)
- point of departure; $
3) The supplied products must be new, not previously used;
4) The supplied products shall be accompanied by conformity certificates, passport, a document certifying
certificate;
5) Before shipment it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see example filling in the procurement
documentation), stick packing list on the packaging of the supplied products, copies of documents shall be sent to the customer by e-mail.
6) It should be noted that the Supplier ensures strict compliance with the packaging and labeling requirements for further transport to the Far North; the packaging shall ensure the safety of cargo in the process of its transportation, storage (accumulation) and cargo processing; the cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the regions of the Far North and hard-to-reach areas. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage"Please note that this request does not constitute a notice of competition (public competition) or a public offer and does not is regulated by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
