Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier cash in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the value of the consignment in the period not later than 15 (fifteen) working days upon shipment after delivery shipping documents.
Delivery terms:
1. Prices indicate on the conditions of self-export from the supplier's warehouse. Transport costs are not charged in the cost of products. In the price of the products lay the manufacture of the slatting (is a prerequisite).
Logistics calculations in-house from the Vendor warehouse specified in the KP to the Buyer's warehouse, participants can output a separate line in the alternative KP, or in the form of KP attached to the current lot (not a prerequisite).
2. Specify the product readiness period for shipment and the shipping address.
3. Specify the manufacturer of products. Specify the relation to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.
4. Attach the Declaration of Conformation/Certificate on the proposed products. When delivered in the package with the cargo must be a passport and an RE.
5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total on request (mass, volume).
6. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the technical specification;
7. Upon shipment, a packing sheet shall be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.
8. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of commissioning of the TMC (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.
Criteria for choosing the winner:
1. The lowest value of the transaction taking into account the price on the terms of self-export (specified in the CP) and the transport component from the Vendor's warehouse to the Buyer's warehouse (port of St. Magadana).
2. Product readiness period for shipment.
3. Reconciliation of the proposed products by the Customer/Compliance of technical parameters to the TK conditions.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.
