Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Payment 100% on the fact of shipment within 60 calendar days
2. Payment 100% on the fact of arrival inventory to the buyer's warehouse within 15 calendar days
Delivery terms:1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.

2. For each cargo place with inventory, the packing sheet with inventory inventory and indicating quantity shall be attached. (Mandatory condition)

3. The warranty period for the inventory must start at least from the date of receipt of the inventory by the customer or from the moment of entering the inventory into operation (one of the offered variants is obligatory).

Comments:
1. The certificates and passports for goods and materials shall be attached.

2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, you must provide relevant supporting documents

3. Please provide the prices in the form of a commercial offer, in which all the conditions and terms of delivery must be stated.

4. If you submit your offer you also automatically agree to the form of our framework agreement

5. Please note that this request is not a notice of the contest (public tender) or public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449 Ch. 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of the bidding procedure: This procedure is held electronically at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature.
