Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment 100% (one hundred Percent) of the total value of the corresponding batch of goods within the period not later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of shipment of the respective consignment of goods, on the basis of the provided by e-mail Mail scanned shipping Documents (invoice, auction-12, Act of Acceptance-transfer of equipment, waybill of the carrier on acceptance of the goods for Transportation) or by agreement of the Parties.
Delivery terms:
1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.
2. Packing list, specifying the quantity of goods, must be attached to each cargo package
3. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).

Comments: 1. The certificates and passports for goods and materials shall be attached.
2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, you must provide appropriate supporting DOCUMENTS.
3. Please provide the prices in the form of a commercial offer, in which all the conditions and terms of delivery must be Stated.
4. If you submit your offer you also automatically agree to the form of our framework Agreement.
5. Please note that this request is not a notice of the contest (public Tender) or public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449 Ch. 1 of the Russian civil code, art. 1057 – 1061 Ch. 2 of the Russian civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
