Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the relevant consignment of goods in time not later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of shipment of the relevant consignment of goods, on the basis of provided by E. Mail scancopies of shipping documents (invoice, Torg-12, the act of receiving-transfer of equipment, the carrier's waybill on the acceptance of goods for carriage) or by agreement of the Parties.
Delivery terms:
1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.
2. Packing list, specifying the quantity of goods, must be attached to each cargo package
3. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).

5. Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
