Payment terms:
Payment Terms: Price includes all shipping and customs charges. Payment shall be made after delivery to the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days
Delivery terms:
The delivery of the products is carried out by the Supplier (transport company) to PJSC "PMK" warehouse. Shipping costs are included in the product price. Delivery on DAP terms to Chelyabinsk is possible.
Comments: 1) Compulsory certificate of conformity (certificate of origin), original passports and authorization for use;
With the delivered products, provide certified quality certificates issued by the manufacturer for each item, or one, for the entire shipment.
2) Year of production - 2021. ;
3) Signing of a supply contract in the standard form of PJS PMK;
4) This procedure does not constitute a tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Promoter of the Request for Proposals has the right to refuse all offers received without incurring any liability to Participants.
5) In selecting a winner, the product manufacturer and companies with a dealer's certificate have an advantage.
6) Supplier's terms of delivery and payment terms may be reviewed.
7) If you are an official representative of a manufacturer, attach all documents to B2B.
8) If a registered participant is not able to submit an offer on its own due to the absence of an ED, it is possible to attach offers sent to email chmk_b2b_upo@mechel.ru.
The following documents are REQUIRED to attach proposals on behalf of the Participant:
- Offers (offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the organization's seal (must contain quantity of products offered, unit price excl. VAT, total amount excl. VAT, period manufacturing, payment terms, delivery terms);
- A document establishing the right to act on behalf of the counterparty (e.g.: statute, power of attorney);
- Letter withholding further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant (in free form on the company letterhead signed by the authorized person).

Proposals are accepted to the Organizer's email address up to 6 hours before the end of the procedure, and bids can be attached up to 4 hours before the end.
9) In case of an overbidding, an offer from a Supplier that is unregistered on the B2B marketplace on a continuous basis should be sent to chmk_b2b_upo@mechel.ru.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
