Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of products and provision of original accounting documents, as well as transport documents, prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery: DDP Shchyokino Tula region.
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.
Products must be new and not previously used.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. It is NECESSARY for participants of this procedure to electronically submit to the offers of this procedure to attach the applicant's application form and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the offer and the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person before the opening of the envelopes. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The supplier of products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
