1. Commercial proposals are accepted for consideration, drawn up on the letterhead of the organization, with a signature and seal.
Upload commercial proposal for the competition in two formats: 1. PDF with seal and contacts of the artist. 2. Excel or Word. It is obligatory to fill in the form of annex to the TCH (see tender documentation)
2. Required payment terms: 100% upon delivery to the supplier's warehouse within 60 calendar days.
3. A prerequisite for all tenderers is agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of an agreement, in particular, payment terms and penalties.
FOR NEW SUPPLIERS attach a letter of agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of the contract.
4. Attach: confirmation of the participant that he is a manufacturer or an official dealer, a certificate of conformity, a quality certificate, a reference list of similar supplies for 5 years.
5. Priority for transportation and logistics through the commercial port of Nakhodka; data is attached to interact with the logistics company. The participant company has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.
6. The TCH is valid for 45 calendar days.

This request for proposals is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
