Выбор победителя осуществляется также с учетом комплексности, условий оплаты и опыта предыдущих поставок. Если победителем признается компания, не имевшая до этого опыта поставок на ТУЛАЧЕРМЕТ, то ТУЛАЧЕРМЕТ вправе разместить у этого поставщика пробную партию либо не размещаться вовсе.
