Payment terms:up to 30 days from the date of receipt of each unit of goods and original invoices - invoices, consignment notes (or UPD), consignment notes by the "Buyer".

Comments:
1. Divisible lot
2. Acceptance of the text of the Customer's agreement
3. The approximate amount of the contract is 2,000,000 rubles. without VAT. The price of the product must be indicated taking into account transportation costs for delivery to the customer's warehouse, insurance costs, taxes, customs duties, fees and other mandatory payments.
4. The selection is made according to the actual needs of the Customer.
5. The total amount of the contract will be determined after prices are agreed and suppliers are selected.
6. Fixing prices for the duration of the contract.
7. It is preferable to submit proposals for all positions.
8. Each batch of products to be supplied must have the following original documents:
- certificates of conformity with a blue seal or quality passports with a blue seal, technical data sheets of the product, as well as other documents, the presence of which is established by federal laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation-1ex.
- original invoice-1 copy.
- consignment note (form No. TORG-12) -2 copies.
- consignment note. The invoice and the waybill in the form of TORG-12 are transferred to the Buyer along with the products.
9. The customer has the right to refuse to conclude a contract without giving reasons.
10. Payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and original invoices by the "Buyer".
11. Participation in the lot means acceptance of the above conditions in full. In the future, upon conclusion of the agreement, the text of the agreement cannot be changed.
12. The customer reserves the right:
• at any time refuse to continue carrying out this Procurement Procedure, change the conditions for its implementation, not respond to received offers and not give comments, as well as refuse to conclude an agreement with the Supplier, whose proposal was recognized as the best based on the results of the Procurement Procedure. At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the Procurement procedure are borne by the Supplier independently, these costs are not reimbursed under any circumstances by the MC LLC "TMS Group".
• Distribute the volumes of delivery among the Suppliers who have sent the best commercial offers.
13. Instructions from the manufacturer of the goods.
14. Application of those. descriptions for the product.
15. Sending the original documents to the Buyer's address is obligatory by Express mail.
