2. Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
3. Commercial proposal shall specify:
- cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging;
- delivery must be indicated on a separate line at cost;
- Supplier’s relation to the supplied goods (independent seller, dealer, manufacturer);
time of delivery to the Buyer’s warehouse;
- warranty terms;
- agreement with the contract.
4. Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience.
5. This procedure is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
6. In KP, please indicate separately the cost of delivery, included in the price of goods and materials.
