Payment terms:- Оплата поставленной продукции осуществляется в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней после поставки продукции, выставления счета-фактуры за поставленную продукцию и прохождения входного контроля.
- Цена предлагаемой продукции должна быть указана с учетом затрат на транспортировку, страхование, уплату налогов, таможенных пошлин, сборов и других обязательных платежей.
- Цены должны быть фиксированными на протяжении всего срока действия договора.
Delivery terms:- Срок поставки продукции – согласно п. 2.1. закупочной документации
- Поставка продукции будет осуществляться по адресам Заказчиков – согласно п. 2.1.закупочной документации
- Погрузка, доставка продукции осуществляется силами и средствами Поставщика.
