Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Dear participants!

Mandatory conditions for participants:
Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
Guarantee - according to the model contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the TOR
Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
Delivery on terms of delivery to the RC of JSC Thunder and JSC Dixy depending on the lot
Price fixing until the end of 2023

Other requirements and explanations:
Purchase of furniture according to the needs of the Magnit network with a sample during 2023 (delivery to the RC by forces and at the expense of the Supplier). Specify a single price per unit of the product, taking into account delivery to the Kolomna RC (140482; Moscow region, Kolomenskiy district, Parfentievo S., Prom zone building 1) + fill out the TKP templates. The price fixing period is until 31.12.2023.
JSC Tander reserves the right to change the quantity up/down within 30%.

Submission of price offers only in rubles.

Participation is free.
EDS is not required.

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
