Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:4. Payment for work performed and accepted by the customer of the work is done on the basis of monthly invoices within _ days from the date of signing by the parties of the Act of acceptance of the executed works (form COP-2) and information about the cost of work performed and costs (form COP-3)

5. If necessary, the payment counterparty issued advance payment bank guarantee should be provided with advance payment. The terms of bank guarantee and the guarantor bank shall be agreed by the parties to the contract. Bank guarantee shall be issued by a guarantor bank listed in TOP-20 based on net assets (if it is a Russian bank) or a bank rated at least "AA" according to S&P scale ("High-quality liabilities") or equivalent rating by international rating agencies.
