Payment terms:Settlements for completed Works (stages of Work) are made on the basis of invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, as well as Certificates of Acceptance of Completed Works signed by the Parties within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of receipt by the Customer from the Contractor of a duly executed invoice and a signed Act of Acceptance of completed Works.

Qualification requirements for the Contractor:
Work experience according to the list of defects for at least 3 years. Reference list for the performance of this type of work.
The order of delivery and acceptance of the results of work/services: acceptance of work after repair and requirements RD 153-34.1-003-1:
- Quality control of welded joints (VIC, non-destructive testing) section 18RD;
- carrying out hydro-testing of pipelines p. 18.9RD;
- execution of technical documentation for welding work in accordance with section 21RD;
Hidden works are provided in the form of a video report (before and after).
Requirements for the quality assurance period: the warranty period for the performance of works is at least 24 months from the date of signing the certificates of completed works.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
