Executive documentation: the act of technical readiness of installation works, the statement of the installed equipment, the act of input control, the act of installation works, the act of commissioning, a copy of the license, passport and certificates for materials and equipment, certificate of the cost of completed works form KS33, the act of acceptance of completed works form KS2, invoice, invoice.
Requirements for the quality assurance period: 2-3 years.
