This INVITATION is not a tender (announcement of tendering), and its holding is not governed by Articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Also, this INVITATION is not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The validity of submitted proposals may not be less than 30 calendar days.
The tender organizer reserves the right to negotiate a contract with more than one company, if it is in its interests.
By submitting an offer, the company agrees that any expenses incurred by it during the preparation of the commercial proposal, as well as during its discussion, are borne by the company and cannot be put up to the Tender Organizer or the companies it represents, in any case.
The terms of this INVITATION and all documents related to it, as well as the results of meetings and negotiations should be considered by the company as confidential information and information constituting a trade secret. Such information should be used only for the purpose of responding to the INVITATION. Access to the INVITATION of third parties and / or subcontractors is unacceptable without the prior consent of the Organizer.
Any information disclosed by the Company in response to this INVITATION will be considered confidential and will not be used by the Organizer in any way that will allow to identify the source of information.
