Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Non-cash payment. Deferment of payment 30 calendar days from the date of receipt at the customer's warehouse. The advance is not provided, the proposal containing the advance will not be considered.
Delivery terms:
1. Year production no earlier than 2017. Shipped products must be new, not previously used.
2. the guarantee is not less than the manufacturer's warranty. At the time of receipt of the products by the buyer the warranty shelf life (storage) must be not less than 75% of the manufacturer warranty period. Quality of delivered products within the duration of the warranty period shall correspond to functional features (consumer properties) of the goods. In the event of a change in the quality of the product during the warranty period of storage (shelf life), the supplier is obliged to replace the defective products to a new expense.
3. the products must be packaged in containers of the manufacturer ensures safety during delivery. Packaging-50 kg. Products must be marked with the manufacturer.
4. The allowable tolerance of supplied products for each position +/-10%.
5. the delivery of the lump sum. Delivery time kalendaryh 30 days after written request of the buyer at the address of the provider.
6. the supplier undertakes to supply the products held mandatory certification or declaration of conformity in accordance with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. compulsory presence of the document confirming the quality of the product, the invoice, call tag or UPD at the moment of transfer of the goods to the buyer's warehouse.
8. Kp fixing prices for the whole period of contract validity.
9. Products subject to input control, the results of which are reflected in the Act of input control.
