Auto-extension

Payment terms:the payment is made within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the supply.
Delivery terms:Delivery of products is carried out by road to a warehouse of the buyer (ORGANIZATION of Lukoil-AIK "174 km of motorway Surgut-Novy Urengoy) or railway station of kogalym, taking into account all the costs and risks of delivery. Delivery can carried out completely or by individual parties and be accompanied by all the necessary documents according to the list of specified supply contract.
Mandatory loadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the quotation with prices, terms and conditions of delivery;
2. List of constituent documents (list attached attached file);
3. Permits (conformity certificate, permission to apply if the products are subject to obligatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and fastened together with seal of the enterprise.
Price request against the annual requirement.
Submission of proposals from the party means compliance with all requirements specified in the query to the assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the conditions of contract and specifications.
