Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Commercial proposal shall specify:
- Price per unit with VAT and delivery cost;
- If an analogue is offered, the manufacturer must be specified for each position;
- Delivery time;
- Payment terms;
- Commercial proposal validity period;
- Readiness to cooperate under a standard contract of GK Rusagro;
- Warranty period;
- Possibility of granting of interim measures (bank guarantee) in case if the commercial offer provides partial or full prepayment. In case of advance payment more than 1 000 000 rubles with VAT the Supplier/contractor shall provide Banking guarantee in the bank of the top 10 based on the CBR rating. For confirmation it is necessary to support a letter from the Bank on readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of advance payment.
It is necessary to attach to the proposal copies of documents specified in the list of procurement documents.
