Payment terms:Payment upon delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse within 30 calendar days
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time: within 10-45 calendar days from the date of bilateral signing of the Agreement / specification.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of products and are indicated separately for the delivery of the entire offered volume of products.

Comments:
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared product with a similar one is not considered.
- The products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all required documentation.
- The delivery basis is the consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - consignee's warehouse.
- Shipping costs are not included in the price of products and are billed separately for the entire volume of products offered.
- The priority in choosing a supplier will be a full offer, taking into account the minimum amount of the offer and agreeing to sign a model contract for JSC Kovdorsky GOK
