2. The purpose of the work.
2.1. Restoring the operational suitability of the building of the central heating station section 10 in the axes Р-Я 8-39 according to the results of the conclusion No. 116-04-ЗС / 19 EXPERTISE OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY.
3. The list and scope of work performed.
3.1. The building of block No. 4 of the TsGE section 10 in the axes of R-Ya 8-39. look in TK
Note: The costs of installation, dismantling of temporary sites, installation, removal of winches, rigging, devices for lifting material, the contractor must consider in accordance with the developed PPR. These volumes are not included in the list of volumes of work by the customer.
4. Mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the Contractor.
4.1. Work is performed from customer’s material
4.2. Lifting mechanisms and mechanisms for loading and installation works are provided by the contractor.
4.3. Electric welding and gas cutting equipment, power tools, oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials are provided by the contractor.
5. Requirements for the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
5.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that the representatives of the Contractor arrive at the Customer.
5.3. The contractor in his proposal indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
5.4. Certification of the head, engineering and industrial safety and labor protection performers at the public educational institution. According to Appendix No. 1.
5.5. Ensuring HSE measures with safe methods for performing work at the facility.
5.6. The Contractor is obliged to provide copies of documents confirming the availability of labor protection services and / or labor protection specialists in the contractor (order of appointment to the contractor, certificate of labor protection specialists) or an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services labor protection.
5.7. The contractor before the start of work provides a schedule of work.
5.8. The contractor carries out visually measuring control of welded joints with the registration of the protocol.
5.8.1. The contractor monitors the volume of exported construction waste and scrap metal by weight.
5.9. The contractor provides a local estimate.
6. Terms of work
6.1. Work at the existing enterprise in the technological windows provided, depending on the equipment load.
6.2. Development of PPR or PPRK carried out by the Contractor.
6.3. Lifting mechanisms, rigging devices in accordance with PPR for installation are provided by the Contractor.
6.4. Vehicles for transportation of materials to the facility from warehouses, as well as scrap metal are provided by the Contractor
6.5. The object is a single-span one-story industrial building.
7. Turnaround time.
7.1. Start of work - April 2020
7.2. Completion of work - October 2020
