2. The purpose of the work.
2.1. TsGE section №6. The device of wall fencing in the axes N 44-50 inv.№1112.
3. The list and volume of work performed.
3.1. Performing construction and installation works according to drawing CT13623 KM.
3.2. The basis for calculating the cost of work is the volume of work specified in clause 3.1. this TK. The contractor independently develops the estimate documentation.
If it is necessary to carry out additional work not provided for in this assignment, the Contractor performs them on a separate assignment from the Customer with the preparation of estimates with indices and coefficients used in the estimated calculation for the bulk of the work provided for in this assignment.
4. Materials, mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the Contractor.
4.1. Work is carried out from the customer’s material.
4.2. Lifting mechanisms and mechanisms for loading and installation work provides the contractor.
4.3. Electric welding and gas cutting equipment, power tools, oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials are provided by the contractor.
4.4. Materials and components from the Customer’s warehouse to the installation site are delivered by the Contractor
5. Requirements for the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
5.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
5.3. The Contractor’s organization must have at least ten full-time units of working professions. The organization must conduct production and business activities for at least three years and not have a zero balance sheet
5.4. The contractor in his proposal indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
5.5. Certification of the head, engineering and industrial safety and labor protection performers at the public educational institution. According to the application №1.
5.6. Ensuring HSE measures with safe methods for performing work at the facility.
5.7. The contractor is obliged to provide copies of documents confirming the availability of a labor protection service and / or labor protection specialist in the contractor (order of appointment to the contractor, certificate of labor protection specialist) or an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services labor protection.
5.8. The contractor before the start of work provides a schedule of work.
6. Terms of work
6.1. Work in an existing enterprise.
6.2. Development of PPR or PPRK is carried out by the Contractor.
6.3. Lifting mechanisms, rigging devices in accordance with PPR for installation are provided by the Contractor.
6.4. Cars for garbage removal and disposal are provided by the Customer.
7. Turnaround time.
7.1. Start of work - October 2019
7.2. Completion of work - October 31, 2019.
8. A list of documents required for the execution of orders - tolerances at the enterprise is attached to the terms of reference. Annex 1
