Repair of the main trolls Sh.O. CGE from the Customer's material.
3. Term of work
Start of work 05.09.2022
Completion of works 30.09.2022
4. Content of the works
4.1. Troll repair is carried out in the scope of the technical specification from the customer's material in the existing workshop.
4.2. Lifting mechanisms for dismantling and installation, equipment, tools, mechanisms for loading and unloading are provided by the Contractor.
4.3. Vehicles for the removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
4.5. Electric welding, gas cutting equipment, consumables for them are provided by the contractor. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that representatives of the Contractor come to the Customer.
5. Requirements for the Contractor
5.1. The Contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work.
5.2. In order to clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object, it is desirable that representatives of the Contractor come to the Customer.
5.3. The Contractor in his commercial offer specifies the order of payment for the work and other conditions.
5.4. Provision of measures of OT and PB, safe methods of work at the facility.
5.5. After completion of the work, the contractor submits to the customer the executive
documentation and other regulatory documents.
5.6. Provision of warranty obligations for at least 24 months.
5.7. Employees involved in the performance of work must have professional training corresponding to the nature of the performance of work with a mark in a special certificate of completion of training and exams in certification commissions
6. Work safety
When performing work, the contractor must comply with the requirements of the following rules:
- rules on labor protection during the operation of electrical installations;
- rules of technical operation of electrical installations of consumers;
- safety rules for hazardous production facilities where
lifting facilities are used;
- rules for the installation of electrical installations;
- rules of fire protection regime in the Russian Federation;
- rules for maintenance of relay protection devices and electrical automation of electrical networks 0,4-35 kV RD 153-34.3-35.613-00;
- rules on labor protection when working at height.
- rules of environmental, sanitary and hygienic and other norms in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.
For the production of works, the contractor must undergo an introductory briefing. All work performed on the territory of the plant must be carried out in accordance with the regulations "On the application of work permits in the production of high-risk work at JSC "EPM-NEZ".
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
1. The Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
8. The commercial offer is drawn up in a free form with the mandatory provision of estimated documentation.
9. Certificate of compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 (if available)

10. Requirements for the contractor:
— Permits (SRO, licenses, permits).
— Development by the contractor of PPR, PPRK, RTI.
— Availability of certification of the head, ITR, workers on industrial safety at the OPO.
— Availability of medical access of personnel to work at the OPO.
—Prior to registration of the work permit, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and/or a labor protection specialist in the contractor (an order of appointment to a position in the contractor, a certificate of a labor protection specialist) or the existence of an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services on labor protection.
