Payment terms:
Payment of 100 (one hundred) % of the products price (products consignment, in case the products are supplied by consignments) shall be made within 10 days from products (consignment) transfer to the Buyer at the delivery place, provided that by delivery date the Supplier has provided to the Supplier the invoice, original of the consignment note and tax invoice executed in compliance with the current Russian law. In case the mentioned documents were not provided as required, the payment shall be made within 30 days from transfer of the specified documents to the Buyer.

Comments: Participants shall attach a commercial proposal, issued on the company’s letterhead and signed by authorized person, as well as quality passport and conformity certificate. Dealership contract shall be provided. The quotation submitted via e-marketplace, shall correspond to the price stated in the commercial proposal. Please note, that this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Section I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Section II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
