2. Purpose of the work.
2.1. Preparation of the room for installation of the control and measuring machine.

4. List and volume of works performed.
4.1. Execution of the complete complex of the CMR according to the project ST13676 KM taking into account all sets of projects included in its composition -*reference and borrowed drawings:
• ST13676 KM leaf3.
• EL 001 13676
• EL 002 13676
4.2. The basis for calculating the cost of works is the volumes specified in the sections of the project ST13676 KM, EL 001 13676, EL 002 13676 and this TK. The contractor independently develops the estimated documentation. The work envisaged by the project and this TK and not reflected in the estimated documentation may not be considered additional.
If additional works are necessary, not provided by this task, the Contractor performs them on a separate task of the Customer with calculation of indices and coefficients, $ used in the estimate for the main amount of work provided for in this task.$
5. Supply of materials and construction equipment for this work.
5.1 All works are performed from the material of the contractor, except for the acquisition of the split system, the installation of the split system is included in the works.
5.2. Construction and loading equipment, installation equipment, mechanisms for loading works, tools and all consumables (oxygen, propane, auxiliary materials), remand Electric welding, gas-cutting and other equipment necessary for carrying out works is provided by the Contractor
5.3. The removal of garbage of all categories, to industrial waste reception landfills, is carried out by transport provided by the Customer, upon the preliminary request of the Contractor. The cost of garbage disposal of all categories, at industrial waste reception landfills, is borne by the Customer.
5.4. Loading of garbage is carried out by the forces and mechanisms of the Contractor.
5.5. In case of reasonable comments to the personnel on the quality of the works performed, violation of safety, as well as violations of administrative character, at the request of the Client's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to replace these workers without delay.
6. Requirements to the Contractor
6.1. The perpetrator must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work and be a member of the self-regulatory organization (SRO).
6.2. In order to clarify the conditions of performance of works, to familiarize with the object it is desirable to arrive representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
6.3. The executor in his offer specifies the payment procedure and other conditions.
6.4. Certification of the head, the ITR and the performers on industrial safety and occupational health in accordance with Appendix No. 1.
6.5. Providing OT and PB measures, safe methods of production of works at the site.
6.6. Prior to the registration of the permit for the work, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with the following documents: copies of documents confirming the existence of a labor protection service and/or occupational safety officer (order for appointment to a position in a contracting organization, certificate of occupational protection specialist) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of service provision on occupational health.
6.7. After completion of works, the executor transfers to the customer the executive documentation according to RD-11-02-2006 of 26.12.06 and other normative documents.
6.8. Securing warranty obligations for at least 12 months.
6.9. Employees employed to perform the work shall have training corresponding to the nature of the work carried out with a mark in the special certificate of completion of training and delivery examinations in the certification boards.
7. Safety of production of works
In the production of works, the contracting organization must comply with the following rules:
- rules on occupational safety in the operation of electrical installations;
- rules of technical operation of consumer power plants;
- safety rules of hazardous production facilities, where lifting facilities are used;
- rules for the device of electrical installations;
- regulations on fire safety;
- Rules on occupational safety at work at the height of POT RM-012-200;
- the rules of environmental, sanitary and other regulations in force on the territory of the Russian Federation and to ensure safe working conditions for the life and health of people.$
In order to produce the work, the contracting organization must undergo an introductory briefing. All works carried out in the territory of JSC "EPM-NEZ" shall be carried out in accordance with the provision "On the application of tolerances in the production of high-hazard works at JSC "EPM-NEZ"
