WHEN SUBMITTING COMMERCIAL PROPOSALS IT IS NECESSARY TO CONSIDER THE SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES BY TK. WHEN CONTRACTING A CONTRACT, THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE MAY BE CHANGED.
THE PROVISION OF A COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL IS A MANDATORY CONDITION.
The quotation must be signed and sealed! Form to fill your choice. Using the form of your company is not prohibited by the terms of the tender!
Delivery of goods occurs according to the agreed delivery schedule. Commercial offer must comply with the technical task and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer / Intermediary
2. Delivery time (working days or calendar days)
3. Warranty period / shelf life (for goods and materials, works, services, etc.)
4. Cost with VAT per unit (must be specified in Russian rubles)
5. Terms of payment (fact / prepayment - provision of advance payment) (conditions of GK RUSAGRO are recommended - 100% deferment of payment no earlier than 45 calendar days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
6. Experience with GK Rusagro, on the market - years
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes / no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The model contract is supported by bidding documentation.
