WHEN SUBMITTING COMMERCIAL PROPOSALS, IT IS NECESSARY TO ACCOUNT THE SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES TO TK. WHEN AGREEMENT IS CONCLUDED, THE SCHEDULE OF DELIVERY MAY BE CHANGED.
PROVISION OF A BUSINESS PROPOSAL IS A MANDATORY CONDITION.

Delivery of goods occurs according to the agreed delivery schedule. A commercial proposal must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer / Reseller
2. Delivery time (working days or calendar days)
3. Warranty period / expiration date (at goods and materials, work, services, etc.)
4. Cost with VAT per unit of lot (must be indicated in Russian rubles)
5. Terms of payment (fact / prepayment - advance payment secured) (recommended by RUSAGRO Group of Companies - 100% deferral of payment no earlier than 45 calendar days from the date of delivery (provision of services);
6. Experience with Rusagro Group of Companies, years on the market
7. Willingness to work under a model contract - yes / no
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The model contract is supported in the bidding documents.
