Payment terms:
Payment after delivery. The price of the goods is set per unit of production, including delivery, including VAT%. Payment for the goods is carried out by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. If it does not coincide with our requirements for payment terms, you must indicate your terms in the comments.

ATTENTION! Price is the most important, but not the only criterion for evaluating an offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the terms of reference, delivery / execution time, guarantees, price, advance / post-payment, provision of advance payment, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
A commercial offer must be submitted in * .pdf format in one file with a signature and certified by a seal on the letterhead of the organization. The information in it must be readable.
The commercial offer must contain the following information:
1. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, license and licensed warehouse;
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days / according to the schedule);
3. Warranty period / shelf life;
4. Cost with VAT per lot unit (must be indicated in Russian rubles);
5. Terms of payment (it is possible to submit one deferral, it is the same for all positions, the recommended number in calendar days is at least 90 from the date of delivery);
6. Experience of work with GK Rusagro, on the market - years;
7. Willingness to work under a standard contract - yes / no;
8. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The package of documents for the company for participation in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documents - "Package of documents for participation in the auction".
If a commercial offer / commercial offer is not submitted in violation of the requirements and / or the full package of documents described above is not provided, the organizer of the trading procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider the offer submitted by the participant in the trading procedure.
Forms of the standard Agreement of Rusagro Group of Companies and its annexes are supported by the trading procedure for review and formation of the Commercial offer.
Delivery of goods takes place according to the agreed delivery schedule.
