Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment upon delivery. The price of goods is set per unit of production, taking into account delivery, including VAT%. Payment for the goods is carried out by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The date of delivery of the goods is the date of signing by the parties of the consignment note at the Buyer's warehouse. In case of discrepancy with our requirements for payment terms, you must indicate your conditions in the comments.
Delivery terms:Delivery by forces and means of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse.

Reinforcement of documents (file in the attachment) specified in the list is required.
The delivery of goods is strictly on schedule.

In the bidding indicate the price for each lot of rubles. including VAT.
To participate in the procurement procedure, it is imperative to reinforce the commercial proposal, with a signature and a seal on the organization's letterhead.
A commercial proposal must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Subject of purchase
2. Supplier status - manufacturer or official distributor, availability of license and licensed warehouse.
3. Delivery time (working days or calendar days, according to the schedule).
4. Warranty period / expiration date.
5. Cost with VAT per unit of lot
6. Terms of payment (deferred payment of not less than 90 (ninety) days from the date of delivery);
7. Experience with Rusagro Group of Companies, years on the market
8. Willingness to work under a model contract - yes / no
9. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.
The model contract is supported in the bidding documents.

Reinforcement of documents (file in the attachment) indicated in the list is mandatory (constituent documents (certified by TIN, PSRN, Articles of Association, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, order on appointment of the head) must be attached to the proposal, quality certificates for products, specification (composition of goods)).

The model contract and Appendices No. 1, 2, 3 are supported in the bidding documents.

Proposals declared in this procedure, without a quotation supported by the Lots, will not be considered.
