The costs associated with the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals are not subject to reimbursement.
This communication should not be regarded as an announcement of the bidding procedure, and therefore, the requirements of Article 447 - 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are not subject to application.
