This one-stage request for proposals is open for selection of the source of supply on the electronic trading platform. Please send your final quotation with the highest possible discount.
- The delivery time must be indicated for each item.

- Buyer's form contract.
- Requirements for penalties: If the Supplier did not deliver the Goods (or did not deliver in full) within 15 calendar days after the end of the delivery time specified in the relevant specification to the Agreement, the Supplier undertakes to pay the Buyer a penalty of 20% of the value of the undelivered Goods by transfer of funds to the Buyer's current account. Payment of the fine does not relieve the Supplier from fulfilling its obligations to supply the Goods according to the relevant specification to the Agreement.
