1) The participant must be a user registered in the B2B shopping system "В2В-Кордиант" on the site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the established order and possessing the rights of the Participant of the System.
2) All prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that it agrees in case of its winner's announcement to conclude a supply contract according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreements and to deliver the goods on the conditions specified in the procurement notice.
5) If the winner for any reason refuses the delivery of a certain position at the price offered at the tender, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier who provided the bid for the second cheapest offer on this position.
