Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the Trading and purchasing system "B2B-Corvette" on the site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and possessing rights of the System Member.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the bidding, then he agrees in case of announcement by the winner to conclude the contract of delivery on the standard form of JSC "Kordiant" without the protocol of disagreements and to carry out delivery on conditions specified in the announcement on purchase.
5) If the winner for any reason refuses to supply a certain position at the price offered at the competition, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier, who gave the competition the second cheapest offer for this position.
