Payment terms:Payment of the Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Vendor's account upon the full performance of the Supplier's obligations within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of the Products and the complete set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, invoice, copies of quality certificates or technical passports. This excludes the application of the terms of article 317.1. Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
