Payment terms:Payment for the Products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds by payment order to the Supplier's settlement account upon the fact of the Supplier's full fulfillment of obligations within 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products from the Supplier and a full set of documents: UPD, invoice, invoice, consignment note , copies of quality certificates or technical data sheets. This excludes the application of the conditions of Article 317.1. Of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
