Comments: 1. This notice is not a notification of the competition and has no relevant legal implications. The Customer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the open request for offers at any time without incurring any liability to suppliers.
2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who has offered collectively the best feasibility conditions in accordance with this notice.
3. The contract on the result of the request for offer, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the signing of the protocol to determine the winner of the price request.
4. After trading in the B2B-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the last price electronically via e-mail: O.N.Pantyuhina@gmz.kuzbass.net within 1 (one) working day from end of submitting bids. If this requirement is violated, all such participant's proposals may be rejected by the Procurement Commission without substantive consideration.
Contractors who have pre-registered with the System but have not received EDI and have not paid for participation in the System may be able to upload offers by the organizer of the request for proposals on behalf counterparty. Three documents must be available for this:
- Offers (commercial offer) certified by the authorized person's signature and the seal of the organization;
- A document that establishes the right to act on behalf of a counterparty (such as a power of attorney);
- A letter retracting further claims on the occasion that the offer is not tendered by the Participant himself (in a free form on the company's form with the signature of the authorized person).
Required condition to provide a file with documents in the price request confirming the member's status: manufacturer or dealer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Обоснование: 1. Принять предложение по наименьшей цене по позициям №№ 1-4, 7-10 ООО "ТДНМИР" общей стоимости 154 736,00 руб. (без НДС) на условиях: 100% предоплата, срок поставки 14-16 календарных дней после предоплаты, доставка до склада Покупателя. По позициям №№ 7-8 изменен объем поставки 12м вместо 10м и по позиции № 10 поставка одного листа размером 1х1200х3000 вместо двух размером 1х1000х1000 в связи с отгрузочной нормой.
2. Принять предложение по наименьшей цене по позициям №№ 5-6 ООО "Калибр" общей стоимостью 104 807,94 руб. (без НДС) на условиях: 100% предоплата, срок поставки 7-10 календарных дней после предоплаты, доставка до склада Покупателя. По позиции № 5 изменен объем поставки 118 кг вместо 100 кг в связи с неделимостью листа 20х1500х495.
3. Отклонить предложение по наименьшей цене по позиции № 1 ООО "ТДНМ" в связи с несоответствием марки латуни.
