Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:after signing the Certificate of Completion within 90 calendar days following the paid month
Other terms of the deferred payment are considered as alternative. For this, the Participant submits 2 offers: 1 - according to the terms of reference (90 calendar days) and 2 - alternative.
Delivery terms:Start - February 2021
The term of the contract is 12 months from the date of the conclusion of the contract (or the sending of the Letter of Guarantee to the Contractor by the Customer)

Participants who do not have the resources to start work on the specified date can submit proposals with a different deadline. Such proposals will be considered by the Customer separately, for the perspective of cooperation.
