SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS
The Bidder who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting bids expires, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Technical and commercial proposal (Technical and Commercial Proposal) in accordance with the form of Appendix 1
2. Title documents and additional information according to the list of Appendix 2

Note: The request for additional (clarifying) information is at the discretion of the organizer of the procedure

Consideration, evaluation of proposals and selection of a supplier is carried out by the collegial body of the Customer based on a combination of factors, taking into account the information provided.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and offer to start negotiations and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer of the Call for Bidding and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explanation, without incurring any liability to the Bidders and without reimbursing them for losses, costs.
