1) The submitted bid for participation must be accompanied by an Offer with attachments according to the established sample and contain key information on the goods offered for delivery, terms and delivery dates.
2) Please read the standard version of the delivery contract carefully. The Bidder has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which must be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, it is considered that the Bidder agrees with the proposed version.
3) The offer is supplemented with certificates or quality certificates for goods in respect of which a certification or certification procedure is provided.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
