Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Payment terms:post-payment
Delivery terms:1. To clean asphalt and road slabs of the highway in the amount of: 1 hour, 1 time a day with the possibility of increasing the duration of time, departure for cleaning by prior arrangement. Cleaning is carried out by vehicles with brushes based on MTZ.
2. Approximate cleaning area up to 500 m2.
3. Completion date: March- August 2023.

Comments:
1. Payment is made for the time actually worked.
2. Work should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the regulations (SP, SNiP, GOST, PUE 7, POTEE, etc.) in force on the territory of the Russian Federation, working documentation and this Technical Specification;
3. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the equipment and materials used are documented in writing and sent to the Customer for consideration;
4. The materials, equipment, tools used must comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, have the necessary certificates and permits.
