| Delivery terms: | Carrying out manual and mechanized cleaning of industrial, warehouse, administrative and sanitary premises in accordance with GOST R 51870-2014. the list of objects, as well as the classification and area of premises to be cleaned are determined monthly on the basis of Customer bids.
The cost of services should take into account: chemical detergents and disinfectants, brushes, sponges, wiping material, garbage bags, depreciation of cleaning equipment (mops, carts, etc.).
In addition to cleaning general contaminants (dust, dirt), cleaning should include:
• The contractor is obliged to provide a functioning occupational safety system for its employees according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation, document:
• organization of providing employees with overalls and personal protective equipment;
• organization of training of personnel on labor protection (briefings, annual knowledge check);
• organization of monitoring of the state of labor protection.
The contractor is obliged to comply with the requirements for the chemicals and cleaning equipment used.
Place of rendering services: Novosibirsk, Dargomyzhsky str. 8A.
The contractor provides services personally, without the involvement of third parties.
The Contractor provides services according to the layout plan provided by the Customer.
Term of rendering of services: the beginning of rendering of services on 02/01/2024, the end of rendering of services on 02/01/2025 with the possibility of prolongation of the contract. |
