Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

You can repeatedly improve your proposals until the end of the application.

Required to fill out and attach the template KP.
Qualification requirements for participants:
1. Having experience in the market for cleaning for less than 1 year.
2. Recommendations from existing customers (at least 3x letters of recommendation).
3. Lack of negative experience of cooperation with JSC "Tander"
4. The absence of criminal cases and unassigned convictions against managers.

When providing KP, it is additionally necessary to attach images / photos of the appearance of the cleaning staff in png, jpeg, pdf, powerpoint presentations.

EDS is not required.

Only one legal entity can take part in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.
