Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

Comments:
1) I ask you to send an extended commercial proposal for the provision of cleaning services for production and administrative premises of JSC NMZhK in accordance with the approved TOR.
Priority indication of the unchanged cost of providing services for the period from 21 to 24 years, or reflecting the annual% change in cost.

2) Mandatory familiarization with the procurement documentation:
- regulations for holding a competitive event
- technical task,
- Appendix No. 1-21 to the TK
- approved list of documents
- counterparty questionnaire required to fill out.
- Appendix No. 22 and No. 23 required for filling
- presentation format
- OU and Consent for DOS Organizations.

3) It is obligatory to provide:
- an official endorsed commercial proposal indicating the monthly cost of providing services for all objects, confirmation of the period for the provision of services, the procedure for payment, in accordance with the approved format
- the cost of work should include detergents, PPE, uniforms, etc.
- the contract expected to be concluded will reflect the annual cost of work for each facility.
- completed Appendix No. 22-23 to the approved TK
- a full package of accounting and registration documents according to the approved list (presented in the attachment, section 1 in full, section 3 positions 1-10, counterparty questionnaire)
- documentary evidence that the organization has technical means and personnel to provide services in accordance with the TOR.

Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
